We work hard to produce results, and we set clear expectations up front. However, lead volume, lead quality, close rates, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control (your sales process, market conditions, seasonality, ad platform policy changes, etc.). Unless a specific written guarantee is included in your service agreement, no specific result, lead count, or revenue is guaranteed.

All content on this website — including the GD Flow Media name, logo, copy, code, graphics, and demo assets — is owned by Edgo Tech Services LLC or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Content you provide to us (your logo, testimonials, before/after photos, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing the services you've hired us for.
Our services rely on third-party platforms including (but not limited to) Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, Vapi, Vercel, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms. If a platform suspends or restricts an account through no fault of ours, we will work with you in good faith to restore service but cannot guarantee an outcome.
Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are defined in each client's service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, because ad spend, setup time, and platform fees are incurred immediately.
Late or failed payments may result in paused work. Chronic non-payment may result in termination of the agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement per the terms of that agreement. Upon termination, we will stop work, hand off any client-owned assets, and issue a final invoice for work completed through the termination date.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any engagement at our discretion if we believe it is being used for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgo Tech Services LLC (DBA GD Flow Media), its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — arising from or related to your use of this site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Edgo Tech Services LLC (DBA GD Flow Media) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law, or (c) your misuse of leads or content we deliver.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
